Companies want to reward their revenue reps for what they have achieved and motivate ‘em to greater goals in 2009. Sales discussions can do this! Often, companies offer those sales discussions at resorts or other vacation destinations. But with so much going on in life, sales reps are more interested in sales talks that just “get it done” - the “it” being the training, awards banquet, new product updates, company communications, etc. They wanna be home when they can….
